Today Isaac is 5 months old. He weighs about 14 lbs. He is very chunky! He is wearing 6-9 month clothing. A size 3 diaper and a 4 overnight diaper. He is finally in a size 1 shoes. He has tiny feet. He now drinks 8 oz every 5-6 hours and sleeps 10+ hours at night. He rolls and rolls and rolls. He does not think he should be lying down. He wants to sit up or better yet stand. Silly boy. He loves his jumperoo, even though his feet don't touch. He put a pillow under his feet for now. He loves to jabber and give slobbery kisses. He ate cereal for the first time yesterday and LOVED it! More on that in another post. He loves his brother and lights up when he hears his voice, but Sarah is who he loves to kiss the most. He also loves to grab her hair and make her squeal. He will just giggle.

Blessings
A friend gave us a box of clothing the other day for Isaac. We are set for the summer, fall and winter!!!! I love infant little jeans. I just think they are so cute. We are moving Isaac into his room this weekend. We are converting the dining room into his room until we do the upstairs addition, probably in a couple of years. We hardly use the dining room and this will give the kids their own rooms.
Thanks Keely for the clothes.

Children's Day at Church
Sunday was Children's Day at our church. Elijah got to sing with the children's choir for the first time. He was so excited. Then they brought all the children in so we can see what an impact we have on the future. Here is each of my kids in the sanctuary.
After church they had lunch and inflatables for the kids. Thank you Kim and Eric and all the workers that make this all possible!!!!

DSAMT egg hunt 2
For some reason my computer is having issues posting multiple pictures in one post so I am going to do several post!
We had a great time at the DSAMT's egg hunt on Sunday. The kids played games, had snacks, played with friends and hunted eggs. Elijah had a basket full and was so excited about the egg hunt. Sarah was not into hunting eggs, she wanted to swing! She did find a princess wand and was very happy dancing with it! As usual, Isaac slept through the egg hunt. He was a very happy baby and smiled for everyone when we first got there.
Thank you DSAMT!!!!!!!! We had a great time. Thanks for all you do for our families.

Sitting
We have been using the bumbo seat
to help Isaac with building his muscles to sit alone. He loves to be sitting up and does not think he should be lying down. He loves to be able to see what is going on.
Sarah loves to play with him, but she also steals all his toys!!! She is really doing good with him. There are times of jealousy, but not too bad.
If I am holding him, she gets in my lap too. I am adjusting to 3 kids, slowly but surely. It is definitely harder with 3. I have to do a little more planning of things and the house stays a wreck, which I think is normal with a new baby. I really love being a mommy.

Our Van has a boo boo
Doug and Elijah were in a car wreck last week. They were rear ended. Neither were hurt. It ended up being a four car wreck. We got the most damage. The car in front of Doug had a passenger that went to the hospital. No other injuries. The insurance totaled the vehicle. I was sad. I really liked this van. It has been my favorite van. We went Saturday and got a new van. It has lots of upgrades. Thinking it will be a good van. Still trying to figure out everything on the van. Hoping I like it as well!!!!! Yes, Doug has been forbidden to drive my van!

Easter Egg Hunt at Prospect
The kids and I went to an Easter egg hunt today. Isaac slept through it. Elijah and Sarah had a great time. Elijah got a basket full of eggs! Sarah was more interested in playing, so she put a few eggs in the basket to satisfy me then went off and played. Sarah overheated fast on me so we did not get to stay long. I got to get back in gear for having her outside in the heat. Isaac did fine so maybe he will not have the overheating issues! Don' t you love his cute bunny outfit!! Doug was not with me so it was interesting having all 3 by myself. We did fine but I was a bit frazzled. Doug has been doing the Watertown yardsale. He is doing great so some extra money for a few projects.

Baby Bed
Now that Isaac is rolling we have moved him to the baby bed. He loves the extra room to move. Had to take out the wedges that kept him back or side lying. He attempted to roll and flipped them on top of him. To big of a safety hazard. He now flips over and sleeps on his tummy. It worried me the first few nights and I kept flipping him back on his back and he immediately rolled back. He has great head control, so now we have a tummy sleeper!
